I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself directly from the ContentCreator.com login page. Here is how to reset your ContentCreator.com password:
Go to contentcreator.com.
Click the Forgot Password link below the green Log In button.
On the Recover Password page, type in the email address you used when you purchased your course.
Click the blue Send Recovery Info button.
Check your email for a message with the subject line "Instructions to reset your password." This email comes from [email protected].
Open the email and click the Reset my password link.
Create a new password and log in.
Note: The password reset link expires after 6 hours. If it expires, go back to the login page and request a new one.
I did not receive the password reset email. What should I check?
If you requested a password reset but did not receive the email, here are the most common reasons and what to do:
Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from [email protected], which some email providers may flag as spam.
Make sure you are using the right email address. You need to enter the same email address you used when you purchased your course. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one.
Wait a few minutes. The email is usually instant, but it can sometimes take a few minutes depending on your email provider.
I am using the right email but I still cannot log in. What should I do?
If you are sure you are using the correct email address and the correct password but you still cannot log in to your ContentCreator.com account, please reach out to our support team and we will help you get it sorted out.

I have multiple email addresses. Which one should I use?
You need to log in with the email address you used when you purchased your course. If you are not sure which one that is, try resetting your password with each of your email addresses.
If the email address is in our system, you will receive a password recovery email. If it is not in our system, you will not receive anything. This means that email address is not linked to an account.
