What is the refund policy?

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. When you cancel your membership will end immediately.

  • You can cancel anytime easily from settings and/or you can reach out to us in the chat widget inside Content Creator Machine or you can email us 24/7 we are there to help you.

  • To cancel, navigate to Settings > Company Billing and select ‘Cancel subscription’, or contact our support team at [email protected]. In addition to our cancellation policy, we offer a 7-day refund policy.

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal.

  • To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your account details and purchase information.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
