If you are requesting a cancellation or refund beyond the 30-day refund window, please note that billing continues according to our Terms of Service until a cancellation is formally processed. Refunds are not issued for charges that fall outside this period.
That said, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.
What Happens When You Cancel
Once your cancellation is confirmed, no further charges will be made to your payment method. You will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your account at contentcreatormachine.com.
Navigate to Settings > Company Billing.
Click "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation that your subscription has been canceled. Please save this confirmation for your records, as it serves as proof that no additional charges will occur.
