On the call, our internal team will walk you through the technical setup of your Content Creator Machine account so everything is configured correctly and ready to use. The call takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

Google Workspace and email sync. If you use Google Workspace for your business email, your specialist can help you set up a two-way email sync so you can send and receive emails from both Content Creator Machine and your regular email inbox (including on your phone).
Phone number setup and A2P registration. Your specialist will help you purchase or set up a business phone number inside Content Creator Machine. They will also start the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) registration process for you. A2P 10DLC is a legal requirement from US phone carriers for any business that sends text messages through a software platform. The registration process verifies your business identity and can be complicated to do on your own, but our dedicated A2P team handles the entire process for you at no charge!
Mobile app installation. Your specialist will help you install the Lead Connector mobile app so you can access your Content Creator Machine account on the go, manage conversations, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Social media connections. Your specialist will help you connect your social media platforms to the Social Planner inside Content Creator Machine so you can manage and schedule posts from one place.
CCM Mastery Course and community access. Your specialist will make sure you're set up and logged into the CCM Mastery Course and the CCM Group community inside your Content Creator Machine account. The course teaches you how to use the platform, and the community gives you access to live group coaching calls with our internal team (currently three calls per week) where you can ask questions and get help.
How to Prepare for Your Content Creator Machine Onboarding Call
You don't need to do anything special before your Content Creator Machine (CCM) onboarding call. Your specialist can walk you through everything on the call.
However, if you want to get the most out of your time, here are two things you can take care of while you wait for your onboarding:
Have a domain ready (optional but helpful). If you already own a domain you want to use for your business (like YourBusinessName.com), have your domain registrar login details handy so your specialist can help you connect it during the call. If you don't have a domain yet and want to buy one, you can do that ahead of time through any registrar (like GoDaddy or Namecheap), or you can purchase one directly inside Content Creator Machine during or after your onboarding. If you don't have a domain ready, that's completely fine. You can still complete the rest of the setup and connect a domain later.
Sign up for your payment processor (optional but helpful). If you plan to accept payments through Content Creator Machine (for selling courses, services, products, etc.), sign up for a Stripe account or whatever payment processor you want to use before the call. That way your specialist can help you connect it during the onboarding. If you haven't set one up yet, no problem. You can always connect it later on your own or with help from our support team.
