Once you have completed the onboarding process, you should have full access to CCM Mastery and the Content Creator Machine Community as part of your active subscription.
Confirm Your Subscription is Active
Before troubleshooting access, make sure your subscription is currently active. You can verify this by going to Settings > Company Billing and checking that your plan shows as active. If your subscription has lapsed or was not properly activated, access to CCM Mastery and the Community will not be available.
Log Out and Log Back In
If your subscription is confirmed active but you still cannot access CCM Mastery or the Community, a simple session refresh usually resolves the issue:
Log out of your Content Creator Machine account.
Close your browser or app completely.
Log back in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Community or CCM Mastery section.
This refreshes your account permissions and typically grants access immediately.
Confirm Access Has Been Granted
After logging back in, you should be able to access both CCM Mastery and the Community without any issues.
