What is "Prompt Edit"? Why did you change from "Content Creator Templates"?

Updated today

Prompt Edit is the new name for Content Creator Templates (CCT). It's the same platform, the same team, and the same subscription. Nothing about your account has changed. We simply updated the name to better reflect how the platform has grown beyond templates into AI-powered tools like image generation, text-to-speech, and more.

Did My Account Change?

No. Your Prompt Edit account is the exact same account you had with Content Creator Templates. Your login, password, subscription, billing, and all of your downloaded assets are unchanged. You do not need to create a new account, update your payment information, or do anything at all. Everything works exactly as it did before.

Did the Website URL Change?

The new website is at promptedit.com. However, contentcreatortemplates.com is also still active. Both URLs go to the same platform. You can use either one to log in and access your account.

Did the Price or Subscription Change?

No. Your subscription price, billing cycle, and included features are all the same. If you were a paying subscriber to Content Creator Templates, you are now a paying subscriber to Prompt Edit at the same price. If you were on a free trial, your free trial continues as-is.

Did the Plugins and Extensions Change Names?

Yes. The plugins and extensions that were previously branded as Content Creator Templates have been renamed to Prompt Edit. They are still the same tools with the same functionality. If you have an older version installed, you may need to update to the latest version to see the new branding, but the features work the same way.

Why Did You Change the Name?

Content Creator Templates originally focused on providing video editing templates, LUTs, sound effects, and other assets for content creators. As the platform expanded into AI-powered features like image generation, text-to-speech, and prompt-based content creation, the name "Content Creator Templates" no longer captured everything the platform offers.

The name Prompt Edit reflects the platform's focus on AI-driven tools that let you create and edit content using text prompts, alongside the full library of templates and assets you already know.

Is This Still the Same Company?

Yes. Prompt Edit is made by the same team at ContentCreator.com. This is a name change only. The company, the support team, the platform, and the product are all the same. Your subscription is with the same company it has always been with.
