How do I cancel a payment plan for my ContentCreator.com course?

If you purchased a ContentCreator.com course using a payment plan and want to cancel the remaining payments, contact our support team. When you reach out, include the name of the course and the email address you used when you purchased it so our team can locate your account and process the cancellation.

Keep in mind that ContentCreator.com courses are not subscriptions. If you made a one-time payment in full (not a payment plan), there are no recurring charges to cancel. Your purchase gave you lifetime access and there will be no further charges on your account for that course.


Can I get a refund for my ContentCreator.com course?

Yes, all courses on ContentCreator.com come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, refunds are no longer available.
