How do I log in to my Content Creator Templates account?
To log in to your Content Creator Templates account, go to contentcreatortemplates.com (or promptedit.com) and click Sign In in the top-right corner of the page. Enter your email address and password to access your account.
How do I reset my Content Creator Templates password?
If you forgot your password for Content Creator Templates, you can reset it from the login page. Go to contentcreatortemplates.com (or promptedit.com), click Sign In, and look for the reset password option on the login screen. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
If you don't receive the password reset email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still can't find it, email [email protected] and our team will help you get back into your account.
What is on my Content Creator Templates dashboard?
After you log in to Content Creator Templates, click Dashboard in the top navigation bar to view your account details. Your dashboard includes:
Account email. The email address you use to log in to your Content Creator Templates account.
Subscription status. Shows whether your template subscription is active or inactive. There is also a link to cancel your subscription if needed.
My Downloads. A section where you can see everything you've downloaded. You can filter by Video, Sound, or Prompt tabs to find specific downloads.
Credit balance. Your current AI credit balance is shown in the top-right corner of the page. This shows how many credits you have available for AI generation tools.
What are the different ways to use Content Creator Templates?
There are two independent ways to use Content Creator Templates, and you can use either one or both:
Template subscription (monthly or yearly). A subscription gives you unlimited access to all templates and assets on the platform, including video assets, LUTs, sound effects, prompts, and music. You can download as many assets as you want while your subscription is active, and any assets you downloaded are yours to keep forever, even if you cancel.
AI credits (pay-per-use). AI credits let you use the AI generation tools on Content Creator Templates to create videos, images, music, and audio. You buy a credit pack and each generation costs a certain number of credits. No subscription is required to use AI credits. If you run out, you can buy another pack at any time.
These are completely separate from each other. You can have a template subscription without buying AI credits, or buy AI credits without having a template subscription.
