The business runs on three separate platforms, and each platform has its own account and its own way of handling email changes. This article walks you through how to update your login email on each one. Start by figuring out which platform you are trying to update.

Which Platform Are You Updating?
Before you start, make sure you know which platform's email you are trying to change, because the steps are different for each.
ContentCreator.com (contentcreator.com) is the course platform. If you bought the AI Creator Course, 14 Day Filmmaker, 14 Day Smartphone Filmmaker, 30 Day Course Creator, 30 Day Content Strategist, 1 Day Script, or Earn The Deal, this is your platform. You log in at contentcreator.com/library.
ContentCreatorMachine (contentcreatormachine.com) is a separate software platform for building and running your own business, website, courses, and communities. You log in at app.contentcreatormachine.com.
PromptEdit (promptedit.com) is the artificial intelligence (AI) tool marketplace and template store. You log in at promptedit.com.
You may have an account on one, two, or all three platforms. Each has its own login and its own email setting, so if you want to update your email everywhere, you will need to do it on each platform separately.
How to Update Your Email Address on ContentCreator.com
To update the email address on your ContentCreator.com account (the platform where you access your courses), most customers can do it themselves through the account settings:
Go to contentcreator.com/library and log in with your current email address.
In the top right corner of the page, click your profile picture (the small circle with your avatar or initials).
From the dropdown menu, click Settings.
Make sure you are on the Contact & settings tab (this is the default tab).
Find the E-mail field under Contact Information.
Replace the email in that field with your new email address.
Click the Save button in the top right corner to save your changes.
After you save, your new email is the one you will use to log in next time. Your old email will no longer work for login.

How to Update Your Email Address on ContentCreatorMachine
To update the email address on your ContentCreatorMachine account (the software platform at contentcreatormachine.com), email the support team at [email protected]. Include your current ContentCreatorMachine login email and the new email address you want to use.
ContentCreatorMachine has more than one place where email addresses appear in account settings, and not all of them update the email used for login. To make sure your login email is changed correctly without affecting other parts of your account, the support team handles ContentCreatorMachine email changes directly.
How to Update Your Email Address on PromptEdit
To update the email address on your PromptEdit account (the artificial intelligence (AI) tool marketplace at promptedit.com), email the support team at [email protected]. Include your current PromptEdit login email and the new email address you want to use.
PromptEdit does not currently offer a way to change your login email through the profile settings on the site. The Edit Profile dialog on PromptEdit lets you update your name, username, headline, bio, and social links, but it does not include an email field. The support team will make the change on your account for you.
When You Need to Contact Support
There are a few cases where you cannot update your email yourself and will need help from the support team:
You have a ContentCreatorMachine account, since email changes on that platform are handled by support.
You have a PromptEdit account, since the profile editor does not include an email field.
You cannot log in to your ContentCreator.com account because you have lost access to your current email and cannot receive a password reset.
Your ContentCreator.com account is a special account type (for example, an older "Templates" account) that requires administrator help to change the email.
You tried the steps above and the change did not save or you got an error.

What to Do If You Cannot Receive the Password Reset Email at Your Old Address
If you have already lost access to the email address on your account and cannot log in or receive a password reset, do not try to create a new account with your new email. Creating a new account will not transfer your purchases.
Instead, email the support team at [email protected] from any email address you have access to. Include the old email address you used to purchase, your full name, and the new email address you want on the account. The team will verify your identity and update your account so you can log in again.
