Do I need a separate GoHighLevel account?
No. It's all one login. The GoHighLevel platform is included in your subscription, along with our custom integrations, templates, courses, community, and support.
Can I run multiple businesses in one account? Does it cost extra?
If the businesses are all your own, you can run several of them under one account at no extra cost. If you're doing work for separate clients, we recommend that each client's business have its own account so clients can't see each other's data. Those accounts can be nested under one master login.
As a freelancer or agency, is it one subscription per client?
You can technically host a lot in one account, but for client work, we recommend a separate account per client for cleanliness, all managed from one master login. Email support, and we'll set up the nesting.
I build websites for other businesses. How does that work in Content Creator Machine, and can I run it all from one account?
We recommend giving each business its own Content Creator Machine account. You can technically host unlimited websites and businesses in a single account, but it gets messy fast and isn't very professional, and CCM is inexpensive enough that a separate account per client is a no-brainer for the added simplicity.
Each account is its own subscription, and our support team can nest them all under one master login for you, so you can see everything in one place while giving each client selective access to their own account. Most clients never need to log in, but you can offer it.
Realistically, you'll end up doing more than websites for these clients, like email marketing and social media, which all stay much cleaner when each client has their own account.
Can I invite team members and control what they can access?
Yes. You can add team members, such as editors, support staff, copywriters, or designers, and set what each can access. Access is controlled by platform area. You can give someone full access or turn specific sections on or off so they only see the parts they need for their job.
You can also limit a person to only the contacts and leads assigned to them.
Is there an API I can build on?
Yes, your account has an API you can build on top of. You can find the API key for your account in your settings.
Does it integrate with the other tools I use?
It has a full API, inbound and outbound webhooks, and works with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and n8n, so it can connect to most tools that support them.
There isn't a direct built-in integration for every niche app, so for a specific tool, you can chat with our support team, and they can advise you further.
