When the tool is really the problem:

Bad inputs is the #1 cause Blurry photos, vague prompts ("cool video of a guy in a city"), or mismatched start/end frames confuse the AI.
Fix: Use clear, well-lit images and specific prompts (who, where, what, lighting, camera). If ChatGPT/Claude wrote your prompt, proofread it.
Right idea, wrong workflow For image-to-video, your uploaded image is the first frame, if your prompt describes a different scene, the AI gets pulled two ways.
Fix: Edit the image first, then animate it. Describe movement, not the scene.
Asking too much in one shot Long, multi-action scenes often fail.
Fix: Break it into short shots and edit them together.
Not iterating One try rarely nails it.
Fix: Spot what's off, tweak slightly, regenerate. Most great results take 2–3 rounds.
Can I get credits back for a bad (but completed) result?
No, once a generation completes, credits aren't refunded, since real computing power was used regardless of the outcome (like gas burned on a wrong-turn drive). Only failed generations (no output) are refunded on PromptEdit.
